How They Are Made
   NW Birth Stools are hand-crafted from hardwoods using mortise and tenon techniques for strength and durability.
  
 We use screws and glue to fasten everything together and dowel plugs to seal the screwholes. The legs are constructed of salvaged Ponderosa Pine.
   All NW Birth Stools are finished with 6 hand-rubbed coats of Sutherland Welles Polymerized Tung Oil. Surfaces clean and sanitize very easily.
